Welcome to Sacramento!

We have so many wonderful communities inside our big, diverse, eclectic community that I couldn’t possibly include them all. While I love Northern California in general (the Bay Area, Lake Tahoe, Napa, and Amador are just some of my favorites) Sacramento is near and dear to my heart.

Having grown up around the Country Club Plaza Area, I’m very fond and familiar with the Country Club, Arden Arcade Area. I attended high School at both Encina and El Camino and my grandmother lived off Fulton Ave and Elcamino, so that whole area was my old stomping grounds.

Since then, I’ve lived in Fair Oaks, and in Carmichael now for nearly 30 years! I lived in Orangevale as a small child and was born in Folsom. So, as you can see, I work from one end of the bike trail to the other!

While Northern Sac is my super-duper expertise, I have clients who purchase or sell homes in the Natomas and Downtown areas as well. And while I have taken listings as far up as Pollock Pines, I prefer and perform best in the Carmichael, Fair Oaks, Arden Arcade, Orangevale, Folsom, College Green Areas. They are the areas that I constantly study, preview homes and know the market inside out.

So no matter where you need real estate help, if it’s not my expertise, I will refer you to someone who knows the area better than me.
