Find the Right Fit!

In today’s Sacramento Real Estate Market, it’s so important you find and fall in love (not romantically, of course!) with a real estate agent. I’m getting ready to do a series of videos (so check back here) on what you should look for in an agent, as well as the home buying and home selling process. But for now, suffice to say, you want to choose an agent with experience and expertise, negotiations skills and dedicated follow through and follow up— otherwise your dream house deal may fall right through the cracks.  While personality is great, what counts in the market is competency.
