Wow, another gorgeous day! I’m hoping it remains sunny in Sacramento all weekend so I can catch a few minutes on the old mountain bike. Something about the sun on my face and the breeze in my ears makes me a sunny-day-bike-aholic. I have to bundle up good, and admittedly, my FAVORITE time to take an afternoon ride around my Carmichael neighborhood is mid-afternoon in the summer. I can’t wait for summer!
On another note, I guess some banks are beefing up their response time. I had one of my buyers call me yesterday to see a Carmichael property that just went on the market that same day. The NEXT day it was marked as “pending” in MLS. What the heck? I called the listing agent who informed me that they had multiple offers the first day and the bank accepted the best one and took a few back-ups. Can you believe that? Wow.
This market does not cease to amaze me. It’s a crazy time for agents and buyers alike…we bounce from one bank deal to another, never to expect the same thing twice!
